Green Warden – week two
I thought I’d just make a quick update with some concept art I’ve made so far!
The bad guys in our game are goblins who wants to destroy the forest you’re defending. For a while I wanted it to be robots instead of goblins, mostly because I thought it would increase the feeling of them not belonging in the forest. (But also because wheels are easier to animate than legs…)
After that I started drawing goblins instead. We currently have four different enemy […]

I thought I’d just make a quick update with some concept art I’ve made so far!

Second Week of Teamwork
During the second week of the project, we worked with our respective assigments. I worked with the concept art on the mole, as well as making a first sprite of it for the game. However, it wasn’t approved by Oskar, the Lead Art, and after two more attempts we decided that I should do a sketch of the mole and send it to him. I should be finished with it by the weekend.

Our programmers have started working on the code and we artists have started with creating the visual parts. 23-01-15. The global game jam started and the theme was announced. I had formed a group with 2 other people Gabriel Ajuwa and Nayomi Arvell. I have worked with Gabriel before but not with Nayomi but everyone got a good relation to each other. So the theme was “What do we do now?”. At first we thought of a stop time mechanic but this in the end was trashed as we were not sure of how to make it fun. […]
