Your post is very well structured, your use of headings and subheadings make it very easy to follow your train of thought.

You have clearly described both what you have done throughout the project as well as why you have done it.
Having read through it all several times I am left wondering if it was a conscious decision not to work in the same physical workplace or if it just became a habit, also, did you try an alternate form of digital communication when Slack did not generate enough communication? Did you find the lack of user stories to hamper the project efficiency?

The issues you describe seem very common and you have clearly learned from the ups and downs encountered throughout the course of the project.

I am very much looking forward to following your future work, both in terms of digital games and writing!
