You’re going to be getting a lot of attention for this post.
You’ve written an informative piece here. However, something that immediately came up for me is that you wrote more about your first playtesting session. Now, the requirements don’t specify that you had to write about the beta testing, but I feel that was implied. Anyway, it’s not really an issue, especially when it was not made clear in the instructions. The paragraph for the beta test provides more information for what changes your group have made, too.
It sounds like you definitely got good feedback on how to continue the development of your game, especially considering you say that your team hadn’t thought of many of the issues and changes testers came up with.
I maybe would have included more information on how your second questionnaire was different, or the same, as the first besides questions about the new features.
There’s not much more to say, I think. You have a good list of what improvements to the game your team would work on for your game.
