My Feedback for Post #3

The third week I commented on Michael Degirmen’s blog, found here:   https://michaeldegirmen.wordpress.com/2018/02/22/scrum-learning-iteratively/

My comment was as follows:

Hey!

As a project management student I can definitely relate to what you have described in the post (sadly). I think you’ve provided an important point of view on the difficulties we’ve all faced during this project and it serves as a good introduction to the topic of the post. It really seems like you have been dealt a rough hand, indeed, but it also appears you have managed to navigate through most of the problems nonetheless, so good job!

You’ve provided good explanations as to what have happened and what you have done in attempts of salvaging these situations, as well as explaining the various parts of scrum and how they were executed within your group. I also like that you explain the different parts, such as the daily stand-up meetings etc., making it easy for someone not entirely familiar with scrum to follow along. It is, however, coming across as slightly “rant-y”. Although I am completely aware of where you’re coming from and it’s not an issue to me personally, I wonder if students not from the project management minor will understand.

Overall, the sentence structure is good and the text is easily read with an excellent flow. You have, in my opinion, fulfilled the criteria of this assignment.

Good luck in the remaining weeks and the beta presentation!
