My Feedback for Post #1
|
The first week I commented on Edvin Broberg’s blog post, which can be found here: https://ettin2017pm.wordpress.com/2018/02/08/organizing-stand-up-meetings/ My comment was as follows: This post gives an interesting insight to a vital part of the project as a whole, and is in my opinion delivered with good fluidity and structure. As I began reading I thought that the text didn’t flow very well, but that was pretty much contained to the first paragraph. I found the post to contain some repetitive wording, so I would suggest you to look at alternative words in the future if you feel that it’s getting repetitive! Concerning the what, how and why, I think you did really well. You also wrote in a manner that is easy to understand even if the reader is not a project management student, which I think definitely adds to its value. Though, as a project management student I recognise the struggle you have gone through when trying to get all members to see the value in these meetings as well as actually getting them together. Overall, you have done a great job! Remember that even though your work may feel underappreciated now, I believe that at some point in their future, your team members will realise that you helped prepare them for their future careers. //Magdalena |
