Hello Niklas! I think your post is simple but efficient in terms of explaining how you have worked with Scrum in your group. You rarely go into detail but you still explain the process at a high level throroughly. However, I definitely think the text could have been a bit longer. Since so much focus is on the product backlog, a lot of other details that could have been interesting are not present. I think the length of the description of the backlog was perfect, and if the other parts were that long, the text would have been even better.

The post definitely has value and I think it is an interesting idea to have different backlogs for different milestones. Those kind of details are what I personally want to read about. Since it appears to me that you have had no issues with running this project, I would have liked to hear how you ran, for example, your sprint planning meetings. It might not seem interesting to you, since you had no issues and probably consider it easy. However, for someone like me who had massive issues, it is interesting to hear your perspective on the framework itself. What worked for you and what did not work as planned for example.

It is hard for me to give better feedback than this, since your text was so short. I hope it is at least somewhat helpful!
