“First off, I enjoy your blog post not being about a subject that I expected from a year 1 Game Design & Project Management student. The undervalued issue of creating a positive workspace is interesting to read about. Especially in our environment where the Project Manager is required to find creative solutions to this as available funds and spaces are limited to say the least.

You have clearly communicated the actions taken to create a work environment within you limitations as well as how you worked with your available resources. I am glad that you included a description of how the team has reacted to this effort, as it provides insight into the results of your project. I would like you to expand on what “unexpected” lessons you learned from Mikael bringing fika to a group work session as that is poorly explained in your post.

Your post is valuable in that it shines a light on a subject that is outside of the project work; work speces. While this subject recieves little focus during the education, your findings report that the benefits of having a designated work space have a large impact. This leads me to believe that a discussion about work spaces could benefit the education as a whole, especially in courses that rely heavily on group project work.

I am glad that your efforts have been sucessful and I am looking forward to read more about the upcoming improvements you have planned!
