Your blog post is good in general and it has all the things that is needed in the post. And the context in the beginning is good to have so that the reader knows what the rest of the blog post is about. And what is done could have been clearer in the beginning of the text if you had written that you created the lighting in Umibozu for that sprint that you were working on it.
The part of how you created the lighting in Umibozu could be more detailed about the process of creating the lighting and how you got the knowledge to create it. You mostly write about how it works in the game and what is wrong with the lightning.
You do write a lot about why the lighting in Umibozu is created the way it is, and how you dealt whit the problems. And that is good because if someone has the same problem as you or working on the same thing, they can maybe get some help from this blog post.
