BGP – Day 16

Subtle glow
On my last post I mentioned working on the animations, that didn’t happen since the character had to be re-skinned. Therefore I cleaned up the material for the hand a little more, where I added some variation to the emissive, now it increase and decrease over time. Here is what it looks like now.

Let’s start this one back up again.

BGP – Vecka 4

Denna vecka har grafikernas prioritet legat på att modellera. Då jag inte har läst kursen 3D-3 så har jag alltså inte lärt mig att animera. Vi delade därför upp uppgifterna som så att jag modellerade alla statiska objekt så som yxa, svärd, facklor, stenar och så vidare, medans vår andra grafiker har fokuserat på att modellera vår karaktär, boss och animera dessa.

Denna vecka har jag arbetat med att skapa en HUD och designval till vårt spel. Vi valde att ha stilen i spelet i 1500 talets England, och använda därför detta som utgångspunkt i alla grafiska element vi gör.

There has been a long weekend but I have implemented a distance check. This will also be the firing range later on. It was really simple. It is an new integer member of tank’s base class Agent. I call it distanceUnits. I just assign it the number two for now. When I search the path from the behavior tree, I also fill the tank’s path list.
