Welcome to BGP (Big Game Project)

It was some time since I posted anything at all and now it’s time And I wil make sure to try and post something every week. Also since the course is in it’s third week already, you’ll see my work from week 1-3 in 3 consecutive posts to keep you up to date.
On the firs week of BGP I already have a concept greenlit. On friday I was going to present my concept Fights in Flight (formerly known as Bungee Blitz). The game was going to be centered around flying an air-plane and taking down huge bosses in the same sense of like the attack on the Death Star. This was going to be made possible as the player would be able to make their own tool of destruction (AKA: the plane). As an added key feature, there would be room for “plane-wrestling ” as well as traditional dog-fighting. By equipping the wings with maces, axes and rams, the player would be the only flying menace who goes up close and personal.weapons concept
The concept was well recieved and I got a lot of encouragement. However, there was no people left to work with on the project. All of the course participants hade their own project they wanted to work with or they simply already belonged to a team. While working on the concept since November, teams were forming around everyone elses projects and I kept the concept to myself until BGP which screwed me over somewhat.
Even if I didn’t get to do my concept I jumped into a group in order to make a Serious Game named Sam and Nicole.
