Space Shooter 2: Electric Boogaloo

… or maybe not. Actually, yesterday we decided that the name for our Space Shooter should be Candybones Carnival, which I really like.
For the artstyle of the game we decided on a paper cut out sort of look. I struggled a bit with it at the beginning, but I think I’m getting the hang of it!

During the past week, I’ve been working on a narrative challenge that our teacher gave us. The challenge was basically to randomly generate a story or plot and then use it as a basis for a game. I used an online generator that I love, called Writing Exercises.
The random plot points I got were these:

the story begins on a farm
someone recieves an inheritance
