Big Game Project – Week 5
|
Week 19 I started week 19 with redesigning our placeholder logo. This was originally not my task, but due to sick leave and other occurrences, the task landed on my table. On advice from Lina (our graphics teacher) I created many different versions of our logo that I showed to the team, teachers and other people to get feedback on what would work. I then took elements from the different versions of the logo that people seemed to like the most, and combined them into one. Then I again got feedback that allowed me to polish the logo to the standard that we wanted to hold. My second main task this week was to create a mockup screen shot for our game, that would be used to promote it for GGC. Due to that our digital version of the game was not yet at the stage where we could get actual god locking screen shots of it, it was necessary to create a mockup. While I made the mockup I also created the final GUI for our main section of the game, in order to save time and make the mockup as close as possible to what will be our final product. Lastly, I also spent some time doing sketches for more card illustrations. |
