How to manage a team

Being a lead designer is hard. You have to keep up with both your artists, programmers and keep getting information and try not to sound like a douche when taking everything in.

Jesus that’s hard! We already made a schedule for everything but the sooner we’re done with stuff we find ourself doing more and more just because there is so much new we need to balance into the game. 
Our first real programming meeting went forward one step with the mechanics but two steps back during the paper prototype.

We need to find a way to bring both deception and ‘guns’blazing’ tactic into our game while keeping up with our mechanics during the board game/prototype

We finally saw that our stamina couldn’t keep up with us so we agreed to re-organize tomorrow 1200 hours for further development. The meeting of our team is Wednesday so it will be interesting to see how our brilliant artists have done and finally get back our producer! =) 

 

Sorry for not having any good opinion on things, I’ve been swamped with a few personal issues.
