Last week before GGC

This is it, today we’re doing our final build for Gotland Game Conference! The past week has been very intense with hard work and long hours, but we’ve been able to finish up a lot of things. Apart from a few tweaks here and there, the graphical assets are almost completely done. That has also meant that we’ve been able to iterate on a few things that didn’t quite meet our standards, and some things that needed new textures. It’s been really nice to have been able to work on the small details in the levels, fixing things that’s been nagging me but that I haven’t had any time to work on due to more pressing matters. I’ve also been animating some of the prefabs, the doors are opening more smoothly, and all the cogwheels in the factory level are rotating. Small things like that really lift the overall feeling!

We also finally have a trailer! Here’s a sneak peak of the fruits of our hard labor…

And soon it’s GGC. We’re all very excited too let people play our game for real! I’m also personally very excited to see if they can find the easter eggs I’ve placed out in the levels…
