The start of the post should act as an introduction to the rest of the post, right now it introduces the game your group is making instead of what the actual post is about. I can understand that you would like to introduce the group and the game that you are making but maybe that is for another post.
Disregarding the introduction, the rest of the post is very clear what it is about although it is not super clear on how the procedure of actually writing the group contract went. How much influence each group member had on the contract would be interesting to know. It would also be interesting to know what the current “punishment” is for being late since the only example given is a theoretical one.
It would have been nice to read about the structure and content of the group contract and how you decided what to write in it rather than that you did write a group contract and the general reason for why you did it.
