Input Manager & sprite

Today we managed to do alot of stuff. We have created a very flexible class, Entity all game objects will instance of or inherit. We added keyboard and mouse input to every state. Tomorrow I continue on our project plan and make blocks fall and stack on the bottom of the screen. I also need to come up with some sort of fix with some keys doesn’t register, like KEY_UP, KEY_DOWN etc. I really wonder how I am going to do the block collision/stacking since the blocks can be like this. I think of making a Block class that has a std::vector of Sprites and staticly defined type of shapes wich will just be a pre defined amount of blocks with predefined coordinates withing that block. |
