My comment:
Hi, Linda
You have explained how Scrum works and how you guys are working with it (sprint reviews and planning meetings) in a short, but quite effective way, although I would’ve liked to hear more about what you guys are exactly doing during those meetings. Not all teams do the retrospective during sprint reviews for example. My team’s dear scrum master (second year manager) has taught me all about it, and it helps the team members to reflect and come up with suggestions on what to improve/start doing as a team, as one example. Perhaps your team should try it out, if you haven’t already?

I also like that you are correlating working hours with a professional environment. It’s not easy estimating hours when it comes to art (especially animations), but it is a good way to lean more about your working pace for the future, when working in a company, like you mentioned.

I would’ve been interested to hear more about for example those unnecessary discussions you had, and more elaboration on how Scrum has helped you within your team (from team’s perspective. You wrote mostly from your personal perspective, which of course is necessary to write about as well). Was there anything else that didn’t work out in your group because of scrum (roles, daily stand-ups etc.)?
