New course!

So after I thought I was finished with school I had the great idea to apply for a new course. Game Design in Practise!

This will mean that I have to work at a product from start to finish and release it to an audience. If that isn’t terrifying I don’t know what is. I will not do this alone however, I will have my trusted Doorbell (aka Mariam) whom I will be working with. Hopefully if all goes well we will revive an old concept of ours and create a game with Game maker.

Basically I’m becoming an Entrepreneur. I thought about what that would mean to me and the realization that in order for this to work I need to become more organized than I’ve ever been in my life. For someone who eats dry pasta when she doesn’t know what to cook for lunch this is a big task. But I want this. For the reason to be able to say this :

My biggest concern and the thing I need to work on is promoting the product. Shamelessly promoting it. No more half-assed: this might be kind of good, or not.. I don’t know. So to do that I need to take up space (besides having an awesome product) and not have any doubts about what I do. That would also mean I have to become an active blogger.. and my intake of coffee will sky-rocket.
