Mole Munch – Final build download

Hi!

I also made this menu?

On Friday 27/3/2015, the Introduction to game development course finally ended, and so did development on Mole Munch, more or less. There was a big playtesting session, and overall the reactions were very positive! There were several people playing for over 30 minutes in a row and then coming back to play again later, attempting to beat the top score for glory and candy. For anyone who tried it, thanks for playing the game, and maybe thanks for the great feedback! 🙂

For anyone who would like to try Mole Munch, I have set up a download link for you! The game only runs on Windows for now though!

If you are interested in any of the development that lead up to the final game, you may follow the links below to my blogposts talking about the development of Mole Munch.

1 – Prototyping in LittleBigPlanet Vita (Design)

2 – Mole animations (Art)

3 – Digging tunnels and flooding them (Programming)

4 – Implementing graphics and animating characters (Programming, art)

5 – Reacting to the dangers of Mole Munch (Design, programming)

6 – Smarter enemies and other tasty features (Programming, art)

Overall this has been a very hectic development cycle with a lot of iteration and crunching for team 13. I feel a bit sad to let the game go, and a bit happy to finally be done with it. My next blogpost will be about a new project that is currently in the pre-production phase 🙂

Until then, take care!
