Great ideas for a boss fight! The culmination of ideas are great, unfortunate that it hasn’t been tested yet. It is clear that you have a concise idea of the boss “fight” and it is also clear why you want to implement the whirlpools and in what way you believe this will impact the actual gameplay here. It is an interesting way to depict the boss. I found it interesting that you had a completely different view of the actual monster than we did in our group. As such, it is quite interesting to see how when you wanted to make it as realistic as possible you made it a monster with tentacles. We never found any information of it having tentacles and as such it was interesting to see how the teams had such extremely different renditions of the actual Umibozu. The one thing I’d talk about is the testing as it would’ve been very interesting to see how the development process went in terms of improvement to the design.
