Krzesimir’s post describes what he learned from his experience as a project manager over the course of the development of his game “Fear is in me”. His post is well structured as it goes over the successes and faults of his project and goes well into detail on what he learned as a project manager, from the mistakes that were made over the course of the project. He not only talks about how he or his teams could have done things better, but also about the lessons he learned during the project. Krzesimir also talks about the things that went well in his game’s development cycle and tries to find a way to keep these things in tact, while also incorporating his newly learned lessons about scrum and agile. Overall this is a great post mortem which highlights everything that went well (or not so well) in Krzesimir’s project and how he can learn from these experiences and how he tries to better himself as a PM as a result.
