Hi! First of all, I must say that it was a good reading and I can really see that you done your homework when it comes to SCRUM. I think that you made a great design decision and that it is nice to see that you been really concerned about all the risk that comes within game development. As you have said it is hard to predict all of potential issues, but I think you have shown a good understanding of what can go wrong, and this Is something me myself have not thought about to a bigger extent, so it is nice to see it done the right way. I think that it is really easy to understand your text and it is very clear what have been done, in this case the solving of future animation risks when it comes to walking characters, also how you solve this is easy to understand, your solution to make all characters hover was a very smart decision and may have helped you greatly to fit more within the ten weeks of development time that we were given. Why you did this is of course because animating a bunch of walking characters can be hard and to get it right is even harder especially for us with no prior animation experience. I think your post is very clear and straight forward and I only had to read through it once to get what you were trying to convey, in my opinion there is not much that can be improved, good work!
