GGC Powerpoint

Yesterday I worked with the GGC powerpoint all day, I wanted it to look really good and really show how the game is by just watching the presentation, (duh), maybe not with words but with gifs, a good background, sound and a nice font. I fixed the logo a bit more because it was hard to see the darker letters on a dark background, to fix that I made better rimlight and also made the last letters less greenish and more purple. I wanted to have a new background since the one I used in the presentations before is in 2D, and I think a 3D one is better to have. The colors have also changed and the logo didn’t really go well on it. To make a new background I set up a new scene in unity to get some printscreens and some good videos to make gifs from. I took the stuff we had and tried to show how the game is played in the best way possible, for now.
For the gifs I wanted to show how our transition looks like between the nightmare and the good dream, and some gif to show an interaction in the game.
Even though I made this yesterday, the game already looks better. Today we’ve gotten help with shaders, lighting and particle effects from a guy named Jona. We got some nice stuff and now our game has better lighting and it feels more like a dream! I’ve also made some new assets today, a bone, a skull and the thing that Leon is stabbed on. I’m really stressed right now because I want to have more assets in the game and texture them, but right now I’m the only one doing that so it’s a bit slow. Aside from that it’s starting to get really nice! And I’m a really proud producer for this team. |
