My Successful Leadership
|
All has gone according to plan. My seemingly generous yet confident leadership fooled my servants into happily doing my bidding. They never suspected a thing. In this last blog I will reveal how my mastery of manipulation granted me the opportunity to make my own game while pretending to bend down to the will of others. It’s not that I’m out of things to write about or anything. Throughout the development of this game I have made my team members think that they had a say in our decisions. This led to increased morale through marvellously dubious methods! Did they really think their ideas mattered? Whenever they thought that they were creative and had come up with new suggestions it was always I who had planted the ideas in their heads. Everything that has transpired has done so according to my design. How did I do it? Simple. First gain the trust of the targets. Make it seem like you are on their team. It always starts with pretending to listen to their ideas by nodding your head a bunch. In this case I also boosted the charade with some additional lies. Group dynamics? A clever ruse to make them think I cared! Me losing a day’s work? Fake news to make it appear as if I was vulnerable! Then you go in for the kill by carefully presenting your ideas by subliminal messaging. “What should this plant look like? Oh I don’t know, hey look I seem to have brought an onion, I wonder what that’s doing in my bag lol!” Boom. We now have an onion shaped plant in our game. Why did I do this? Could I just not stand the idea of others influencing my game? While it may seem unnecessary to control a game design team, this is merely practice for my much bigger aspirations. None of which I can share at the time. This has been an incredibly valuable experience that really prepared me for a future in manipulative practices like teaching at universities. I think that our game turned out wonderfully! It’s as everyone had the same vision. |
