BGP#5 – The Screenshot Week

Greetings!

Two weeks left and this has been an hectic one! But I feel like next one will be even more so.

I’ve spent this week UV mapping and setting together the new scene in Unity playing around with the lighting even more. It has brought some fine results. The Texture maps will be completed next week if everything goes as planned so no textures so show this week. What I can show you though, are some screenshots of the lighting and some in action screens we took for this weeks hand-in.

When the diffuse textures come into the scene we hope to bring some more life and personality to the environment with the use of strong colors and such. The orange lights will probably also be placed at different key points to make the lighting even more interesting. The window paintings will also be tampered with because right now we are just using the concept art I made for them. So that will all be fun. I suspect next week to be areal crunch week, and I have some things I would like to be completed in that week, so I can use the last week after that to just make everything I’ve done even better looking.
